Alec Elan Schlesinger graduated Ithaca College with his Film, Photography, and Visual Arts degree December 2025 with a Theatre minor. He plans on combining the skills from both his first and secondary concentrations, aiming to act and take theatrical and portrait photography.

As an actor, Alec loves diving deep into his characters. Although he is mainly interested in theatrical acting he is looking to dive deeper into film and voice acting. His most recent roles include Frank-N-Furter in The Rocky Horror Picture Show Shadow Cast (IC Macabre Theatre Ensemble), Nagito Komaeda in Goodbye Despair, The Danganronpa Parody Musical (Twisted Minds Theatre), and Michael Afton in Back Together: A FNAF Mini Musical (Twisted Minds Theatre).

For his photography, Alec's true talents are with studio portraiture and event photography. He is looking to become a theatrical photographer, because even when not on stage he still wants to be in the theater world.

 

Much of Alec's work, besides acting and photography, revolves around working and supporting fellow creatives with their work. With his photography, he enjoys providing headshots for actors, documenting theater & BTS of film, and expressing himself through self-portraiture. Much of his writing has been collaborative, as he likes working as part of a team.

His most recent film, Heist! will be released this spring, alongside video recordings of his musicals written with Ted Heavner, Final Answers and The Tell-Tale Heart Musical.
